Cellgym or IHHT (intermittent hypoxy-hyperoxy) therapy is an outstanding method to increase fitness and reduce susceptibility to illness at a cellular level. How It Works

Reclining in a relaxed position in an armchair, you simply breathe in oxygen in different concentrations through a mask during the forty- five minute session. It is as simple as that and will be the most relaxing gym workout you have ever experienced. A typical course of treatment requires ten sessions. Ideally this would consist of two to three sessions per week for a duration of four to five weeks. Alternatively, an accelerated course is available over a two week period. Once the initial course is completed in either of the methods described above, an on-going cell maintenance program can be put in place that includes two or three sessions per month. If needed this can be repeated every couple of years. There are no contra- indications but you should not have IHHT while you suffer from acute infections e.g. flu like symptoms.
